提供視障使用介面，偵測到開啟旁白(VoiceOver)功能將自動導入。
Provides a visually-impaired user interface. It is automatically activated when VoiceOver is detected.
*為提升品質及效能，本系統將蒐集使用紀錄
*To improve quality and performance, the system will collect usage records.
PS. 不支援iOS 8(含)以下版本作業系統
